Community Upliftment

This project focuses on strengthening entire communities by improving access to clean water, sanitation, and livelihood opportunities. Many families in these areas were trapped in cycles of poverty due to a lack of basic infrastructure and skill development.

Feha works alongside local leaders and self-help groups to build community-owned solutions. From repairing hand pumps to organizing skill-training workshops, every initiative is designed to create lasting, self-sustaining change that continues long after our team moves on.

Challenge & Solution

Communities in this region faced chronic water shortages, poor sanitation, and limited income opportunities, forcing many families to migrate for work. Feha partnered with village councils to restore water sources, build sanitation facilities, and launch vocational training programs in tailoring, carpentry, and small-scale farming.

Final Result

Since the program began, hundreds of families now have reliable access to clean water and improved sanitation. Over 200 individuals have completed skill-training programs, with many starting their own small businesses or finding steady employment close to home. The community has become more resilient, and migration has noticeably decreased.
